Ok, so I decided that this account was getting really cluttered and ridiculous. To combat this, the following steps are being taken: Two new accounts: ~orion-photo and ~orion-design Because most of my work falls into one of those two categories. This account will stay up as my "catch all" account for anything that doesn't fit into photography or design (i.e. abstract stuff, doodles, writing, etc etc). I'll be updating my devwatch on the new accounts as well but it may take a bit. So I've been kinda itching to do some non-design-oriented sketching lately, haven't really had a chance recently. Was kicking around the idea of doing a webcomic-ish-thing, mostly for the purpose of practice and not with any real goal in mind. Hmm. I've got a few ideas for cool pictures, I wonder if I could actually make a story and dialog to match. Assuming I even get time to do it! Heh

Holy crap a journal! So I just got back from finally seeing the movie Cloverfield. Out of the four of us who went, two of us thought it was excellent, one hated it, and one thought it was good but became motion sick from the Blair Witch-style camera work. I'll start with my general thoughts, so anyone who hasn't seen it yet can get a quick review with no spoilers. First of all, I'd give the movie a 4/5 overall.
